This Week in Whistler Real Estate News: March 2 – 8

We have seen an active influx of new listings to the Whistler real estate market this week with a total of 28 new listings. The Whistler market is very active and busy with some homes selling under multiple offers and over the asking price within days of hitting the market. Pemberton also remains busy and has seen 7 new listings in the past 7 days. This past week has also seen 16 completed sales – a great indication of a busy market.
